Frequently Asked Questions

Everything you need to know about TogetherWeRise, from demo drops to AI-powered ad campaigns.

What is TogetherWeRise?

TogetherWeRise is a creator growth engine built for independent electronic music producers. It combines a ranked label directory, Demo Drop system with guaranteed feedback, and a full suite of marketing tools — smart links, pre-save campaigns, download gates, AI-powered ad campaigns, email promo, and a community-funded creator grant program — into a single platform.

How does Demo Drop work?

You choose a label from our directory of 200+ ranked electronic music labels, upload your track, and drop it with a short message. The label or their designated curator has 7 days to provide structured feedback covering production quality, originality, and marketability. Each drop costs a small flat fee that funds the feedback guarantee.

What is the 7-day feedback guarantee?

Every demo drop comes with a 7-day deadline for feedback. If the label or curator does not provide feedback within that window, you automatically receive a full credit refund to your account. This guarantee is enforced by an automated system — no manual claims required.

How much does a demo drop cost?

Each demo drop costs a flat fee of 2 EUR / 2 GBP / 2 USD. This pays for the curator review process and the feedback guarantee. If the deadline is missed and no feedback is provided, you receive an automatic credit refund.

What are Smart Links?

Smart Links are customizable landing pages that aggregate all your streaming platform links — Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube Music, Deezer, Beatport, Traxsource, Bandcamp, and more — into a single shareable URL. They automatically transition from pre-save mode to streaming mode on release day, and include full click analytics so you can see which platforms your fans prefer.

How do pre-save campaigns work?

You create a pre-save campaign with your release details and platform links. Fans visit your campaign page, enter their email, and connect their Spotify account via OAuth. On release day, a scheduled job automatically saves the track to every connected fan's Spotify library. Campaigns include countdown timers, customizable themes, and analytics. After release day, they auto-convert into Smart Links.

What are Download Gates?

Download Gates let you offer free track downloads in exchange for fan actions like providing an email address, following your Spotify profile, or reposting on SoundCloud. They are a proven fan-building tool that lets you grow your mailing list and streaming followers with every release. Each gate has its own analytics dashboard tracking views, unlocks, and conversion rates.

How does the Ad Studio work?

The Ad Studio lets you launch paid ad campaigns across Meta (Facebook and Instagram), TikTok, and YouTube. You select a track, and the AI generates audience targeting based on similar artists and your genre. You set a budget, upload or generate ad creatives, pay via Stripe, and an admin reviews your campaign before it goes live. The platform router optimizes your spend across channels and syncs performance metrics daily.

What is Promo Box?

Promo Box is an email campaign manager purpose-built for music promotion. You create promo lists of tracks, add contacts (DJs, radio programmers, press, curators, or fans) via manual entry, CSV import, or import from download gate captures, and then run campaigns with a 3-step wizard. Recipients get a branded page where they can stream, download, and leave star-rated feedback on each track. You see every open, listen, and download in real time.

What is the Creator Fund?

The Creator Fund is a community-driven grant program for independent artists. You apply for a grant in categories like artist development, community contests, or curator incentives. The community can support and vote for your application. Funded artists upload a thank-you video, meet a share requirement for transparency, and join the Hall of Fame. The fund allocation is fully transparent with a public dashboard.

How do I claim my label profile?

If your label is already in our directory, you can claim it by visiting the label's profile page on TogetherWeRise and clicking the claim button. You will need to verify your ownership, after which you gain full control over your label's profile, demo inbox, and marketing tools. If your label is not listed, you can register as a label and we will add you to the directory.

Is TogetherWeRise free?

Many core features are free to use, including creating Smart Links, browsing the label directory, and accessing the Creator Fund. Demo drops carry a small per-drop fee (2 EUR/GBP/USD) that funds the feedback guarantee. Pre-save campaigns, download gates, and Promo Box have free tiers with optional paid upgrades for higher volumes. Ad Studio campaigns require an ad budget paid via Stripe.

How is TogetherWeRise different from Groover or LabelRadar?

Groover and LabelRadar focus primarily on demo drops and curator feedback. TogetherWeRise starts there but goes much further. Beyond demo routing with a 7-day guarantee, we provide a complete marketing toolkit — smart links, pre-save campaigns, download gates, AI-powered multi-platform ad campaigns, an email promo system, and a community creator fund. We also maintain the most comprehensive ranked directory of electronic music labels, enriched with data from Traxsource, Beatport, Spotify, SoundCloud, and social media. It is not just about getting heard — it is about growing.

What is the best platform to submit demos to electronic music labels?

TogetherWeRise is built specifically for electronic music demo submissions. Unlike general platforms, our directory focuses exclusively on electronic music — house, techno, deep house, drum and bass, trance, and every subgenre in between. Every submission comes with a 7-day structured feedback guarantee covering production quality, originality, and marketability, plus a written personal note from the curator. If feedback is not delivered in time, you receive an automatic credit refund. No other platform combines this level of curation specificity, feedback structure, and deadline accountability.

How do I get signed to an electronic music label?

Getting signed to an electronic music label requires matching your sound to what a label is actively releasing — not just producing high-quality music in isolation. Study the label's recent 10 to 20 releases on Beatport, Traxsource, or Spotify to understand their current direction. Ensure your track has a DJ-friendly arrangement with a strong intro and outro. Your mixdown should be clean and competitive at reference volume. When you submit, write a specific, concise message that explains why your track fits their catalogue. TogetherWeRise provides structured feedback from label A&Rs with ratings on production, originality, and marketability, which gives you actionable insight to improve before your next submission.

Which electronic music label directory is the most comprehensive?

The TogetherWeRise label directory is the most comprehensive ranked directory of electronic music labels available. It covers 200+ labels enriched with data from Traxsource, Beatport, Spotify, SoundCloud, and social media. Labels are ranked by activity, releases, and listener data. You can filter by genre — house, techno, deep house, tech house, drum and bass, trance, and more — as well as by location and status. Each label profile includes contact info, social links, genre tags, Beatport and Traxsource rankings, monthly listeners, and top cities.

How do I find electronic music labels that accept demos in my genre?

On TogetherWeRise, you can filter the label directory by genre to find labels actively releasing music in your style. We cover house, techno, deep house, tech house, progressive house, melodic techno, minimal, trance, drum and bass, dubstep, bass, electro, breaks, downtempo, and ambient. Each label profile shows their recent releases, genre tags, Beatport and Traxsource rankings, and whether they are accepting demos via TogetherWeRise. This makes it straightforward to identify the right labels before you spend time crafting a submission.

What is the best music smart link tool for artists?

TogetherWeRise Smart Links are purpose-built for independent electronic music artists. They aggregate Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube Music, Deezer, Beatport, Traxsource, Bandcamp, and more into a single branded page. They automatically transition from pre-save mode before release day to streaming mode when your track goes live. You get full click analytics broken down by platform so you can see where your audience listens. Smart Links support custom themes, colors, and domain slugs, and are free to create.

How long does it take to hear back after submitting a demo?

On TogetherWeRise, the maximum wait is 7 days. Every demo drop comes with a hard 7-day deadline enforced by our automated system. Labels and curators are incentivised to respond promptly because missed deadlines trigger automatic credit refunds. In practice, many labels respond within 2 to 4 days. You receive structured feedback with scores on production quality, originality, and marketability, plus a personal written note from the curator.

What happens if a label does not respond to my demo?

If a label or curator does not deliver feedback within 7 days of your demo drop on TogetherWeRise, our automated system issues a full credit refund to your account — no manual claim required. This is the core of our feedback guarantee. You keep the demo and can resubmit it to another label. This model ensures labels stay accountable and artists are never left waiting indefinitely with no recourse.

Is TogetherWeRise legitimate and trustworthy?

Yes. TogetherWeRise is an independent platform built by electronic music producers and industry professionals. Payments are processed securely via Stripe. Feedback is structured and delivered through a verified curator network, not anonymous ratings. The 7-day guarantee is enforced by automation, not promises — if feedback does not arrive, you are refunded automatically. The Creator Fund is transparent with a public dashboard showing fund allocation. The label directory is updated regularly with data from Traxsource, Beatport, Spotify, and SoundCloud. We do not charge submission fees to labels and do not accept paid placements in the directory rankings.
