Kolter is a Dutch DJ and producer and one half of the Stussko duo with Chris Stussy. His releases on Up The Stuss — including "My Bad Your Fault" (UTS05, split with Djoko) and "That Was Fresh" (UTS17) — showcase his punchy, groove-laden house style.
